What if my Essentials arrive damaged?
Please contact our support within 24-48 hours providing pictures of the damages for us to reconcile the inquiry.
(We will not be liable for any damages outside of this time frame)
- If the inquiry is valid after receiving the report you will be able to return the damaged product for a replacement of it
- Replacement will be shipped after support receives your return
